Duplicate the Texture - resize using these settings Effects-Plugins-AAA Frames with these settings Copy & paste your tube as a new layer, moving it to the side. You may have to resize to get the tube to fit (see mine for example). Duplicate the tube & on bottom tube layer - Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur 10. Make top tube layer active - Adjust-Sharpen.
